HISTORY
 
New Life in Christ Christian Center was founded by our later, great Pastor, Elnora Redeaux in February of 1982.  Originally founded as New Testament Holiness Church, but through much prayer and fasting God lead Pastor Redeaux to rename the church to New Life Deliverance Holiness Church in 1984.

In 1985 through the obedience of God and much work, God blessed us to enlarge the New Life Deliverance Holiness Church adding a kitchen and Sunday school rooms.

With a hunger to reach more souls for God, Pastor Redeaux as well as her Assistant Pastor, Leon Campbell, New Life in Christ Christian Center’s current senior pastor, begin New Life’s radio ministry. Through the church ministry as well as the radio ministry many souls were won and delivered to Christ. Pastor Redeaux’s ministry stood the test of all times, she worked while it was day and with the help of Jesus Christ she accomplished more in the few years of her ministry then the life time of many.

In December 1990 God called our beloved Pastor Redeaux home, her work was completed.

Pastor Leon J. Campbell was ordained as pastor of the New Life Deliverance Holiness Church in February of 1991.  Pastor Campbell, under the direction of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, has been sent on a mission to continue the work of God; to love, to seek the lost, set the captive free, and heal the sick. His desire is to help people start a new life in Christ.

Pastor Campbell continued the radio ministry for many years, encouraging the saints of God and reaching the lost.

New Life continued to stand with much prayer and fasting. The church was birthed through fasting, praying and the Word of God.

In 2015 Pastor Leon J. Campbell was lead by the Holy Spirit to change the name of the church to New Life in Christ Christian Center.  This change came about due to the Holy Spirit putting New Life in Christ on a mission to gain more young souls and become more diverse.

Through this ministry God has blessed us to purchase properties, renovate and expand the church, run a day care for a number of years, feed the hungry, cloth the homeless, have payment assistant programs for low-income households, provide counseling for families as well as individuals and many other accomplishments through the obedience of God.

New Life in Christ Christian Center Family continues to be a beacon in the community. Many souls have been won to the kingdom of God and we will continue to be a station for the hurting and lost helping them to start a new life in Christ.

New Life in Christ Christian Center will continue our vision: to provide healing, deliverance, biblical instructions, and provisions for the whole man; Spirit, soul, mind, and body. Having after school programs, providing more coun­seling sessions, providing education and welfare, helping in employment, because every soul is important to New Life in Christ Christian Center.  Our vision is to purchase property to build new sanctuaries - buildings that can accommodate people, giving them a safe place where they can be free and comfortable to state their issues.
